Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March 21, 2026
1. Overview
Welcome to Petals to the People (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) flower share, bloom bucket, or other product, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Our CSA program provides seasonal, locally grown flower bouquets on a subscription basis. By joining, you acknowledge the inherent variability of farming and seasonal availability.
2. CSA Membership and Subscription
A CSA share is a prepaid subscription for a set number of flower bouquets during the growing season.
The duration, frequency (e.g., weekly/biweekly), and pickup details will be specified at the time of purchase.
Shares are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to reserve your CSA share.
Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable New York sales tax where required.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
CSA shares are generally non-refundable, as your purchase directly supports upfront farming costs.
If you must cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions and issue prorated refunds if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Seasonal and Agricultural Variability
You acknowledge that farming is subject to weather, pests, and other conditions beyond our control.
Bouquet size, flower varieties, and timing may vary throughout the season.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal value and quality.
6. Pickup Policies
Customers must pick up their bouquets during the designated time window and location.
Missed pickups may result in forfeiture of that week’s bouquet without refund.
7. Missed Weeks
If you cannot receive your bouquet for a scheduled week, you may:
Arrange for a friend or family member to pick up your share, or
Request a limited number of holds (subject to notice requirements)
